MELO™ GLIDER

The chair is nice, seems to be good quality. However, ours has a glitch in the glide. I had sent an email for a refund and they responded promptly with a fix for the catch and said they could do a refund if I would like. I asked for the refund and got the exact same email. I tried couple more times and even created a new email and nothing but silence. I have called the customer service number that is on paper that came with and the website. I always have to leave a voicemail and never heard back. So I would rate the chair a 5 without the glitch and customer support a 0.

First off, after getting the coupons to work, the ordering and shipping was quick and painless. They were also packed very well. The gliders are very sturdy. The down side with that is they are heavy and don't fold up as much as lesser chairs do. It's a trade off and I can accept that. These chairs are more upright and don't lay back like other similar chairs do. But my biggest concern or disappointment is one of two glider chairs does not operate as smoothly as the other. it's not major, but enough to make it annoying. I will be contacting the company to see what I can do about it.  Bottom line, these are good glider chairs and do everything advertised.
