Really enjoyable learnjng experience from Tim and the team. Movements were broken down and we were given ample opportunity to practice. For me their is nothing like learning in person. Highly recommend to anyone who is interested in Rope Flow

Great workshop. Absolutely tons of knowledge passed on in such a short space of time. Really enjoyed exploring more movement whilst flowing and liked that I found a lot to improve on with my techniques. Great workshop! Highly recommend!
