Cordless Straightening Brush

I ordered this product to give my straight hair a “lift”, after 3-4 days between washings. It took 3-4 weeks to come in, which was disappointing. Then, I used it a couple times & it wouldn’t turn on. I charged it & tried to turn it on, and it wouldn’t work. I contacted the company and was told I was outside of their 30 day return policy. They offered to give me a 20% discount on ANOTHER one… are you Serious?? WHY would I spend my hard earned money on something that didn’t even work a month?? Consumer beware!! DO NOT purchase this product! Believe those of us that left bad reviews, bc this company & their customer service are scammers! I have never bought such a product with only a 30 day return policy.

Does not work as advertised. I also searched for something that was made in the USA and this shipped from another country and took a long time.
