Everything went well except the website said if we ordered by a certain time it would two day ship that same day. We ordered by the requested time on Friday before Memorial Day weekend hoping it would go out that day and make it by the Tuesday after the holiday. Well it ended up not even shipping until the next Tuesday and we received it on Thursday. Not a huge deal, but just had to live without one of our sinks for a little longer as our other (identical) disposal crapped out after 18 years!
