Online ordering process was easy. Progress on the delivery was well communicated and even showed up a couple days early! It was my first disposal replacement, and I had no issues doing it myself - just followed the well documented instructions that came with the product. The new unit was even slightly smaller than our old one, but all fitment areas matched up so additional plumbing modifications necessary. Our old Insinkerator was a 1.0 HP model that finally gave out after 12-years or 4-family member use. We're now 'empty nesters' so I'm guessing a 1.25HP replacement may last even longer. Also, very competitively priced product!
