As far as the taste is concerned, I would definitely give it a five but the problem was the germination rate I had a large amount of peas that did not germinate but that is the only problem I had with them but the taste was great

Dwarf Sugar Grey Pea Microgreens seeds had very good germination rate, almost every pea germinated. I didn't use any growing medium, spread them directly on the mesh tray and kept them moist, spraying them twice a day. After three days I filled the bottom tray with water and let the root system to develop. They are the easiest and fastest microgreens to grow. Also this particular brand of pea shoots has a very pleasant taste and texture. I like them in salads and soups.
