Lettuce Mixed Greens - Mesclun Mix - Microgreens Seeds

Good germination. New to microgreens but was able to sell my firs tray wo I have another batch growing for opening day of farmers market. Only need one ounce per 1020 tray so pretty good return on investment

The only problem I had with the Mesclun mix was the beets and the hulls not coming off, making the salad inedible without having to pick through it. I will try to re grow it a few more times leaving the weight on it longer, but right now. . . not a big fan.

I've always loved this mix and have gotten good results but they're tricky to start. Once they're out of blackout they seem to do very well but I always hold breath breath a little with this one. It has never disappointed me and gives a great harvest but I still think I can do better with it.
