I think the flavor is great but the texture can be little bit more on the moist side. Unless I just happened to have the bad batch where the slice wasn't as moist. I will get it again just to compare to give it a second chance before I give me honest opinion.

Only place in town I could get a slice of fresh carrot cake same day. It was very fresh with pieces of walnut ajs and real carrots. Very moist and the cream cheese icing was sweet but no too sweet. It was perfect for a quick birthday treat for my family member.

While in Vegas, several people recommended this place. I was very excited to try them out and was very disappointed. While everything looked great, there was no flavor and everything tasted like cardboard. I dont get it.
