I ordered 1 repair of the foam insert and was charged for 3 kit’s which I tried to correct with no success! Charged $27 for 3 and only need 1kit! Bad communication system!!!

Our old foam insert had worn out and I thought I would never be able to replace it but I found your site and it works great. I had even ordered what I thought was a rain guage from Walmart that was advertised as copper, but was plastic. I complained to Walmart. It was a 3rd party seller; Thank you for making it available;

Thanks again for the repair kit and replacement tube for my rain gauge. It still is the World's Coolest Rain Gauge but I'd like to figure out why the foam dislodges.
