We found out they can replace lost keys. We ordered and received the wrong pair however, when the error was found the were quick and kind in replacing the right key. Their customer service is excellent and I will be a loyal Mac fox buyer as long as they keep making e-bikes

Its working great but in my opinion the price is a little steep because its 30 dollars for 2 keys
