My wife loves her gift of her with our 1 year old baby. A great illustration / drawing translation from the photo we uploaded. We originally used an alternative which hadn't turned out as well as we liked. The Letterfest team were so good with communication and about replacing (for a small admin fee), with a new photo to ensure we were completely satisfied. A great service and an amazing gift for loved ones.
