The Square 2 Base

Arrived two weeks late, damaged, and missing the umbrella holder part. I filed an inquiry but cannot get a timely response. I need an umbrella stand in the next four days for an event so it would be nice to know if I will be able to get a replacement in time for my event or a full refund.

arrived chipped. waiting to hear back from customer service for 2 weeks now.

It is a nice base, haven'thad an umbrella in it though

It is a nice base. It does a good job just sitting there without an umbrella. My umbrella has not yet arrived and so I have not had a chance to use it.
