Customer service is terrible. Trying to return the item and the calls have been disconnected every time. When you try to chat with someone there is no response there either. Website says exceptional customer service. Ive yet to see it.

The umbrella went together easily and is standing on our balcony waiting for a calm day. Looks great. Expect it to last a good long time.
