Love that this is 100% natural as I have asthma, eczema and allergies. The ability to adjust the firmness is fantastic as my husband and I are different widths in the shoulder so prefer different pillow heights. A pretty good pillow

I was a bit worried about this pillow as its a bit denser and harder than I anticipated but so far I have had good sleeps on my new pillow. I do love that you can change the amount of fill and love that its natural fibre that breaths.
