Previously I had a memory foam which I use to have to turn regularly in the night because it got very warm . This pillow has resolved that problem. Very pleased with it .

It’s more firm than medium

Sadly no good for us as we wanted to medium and their interpretation is different to ours. You live and learn. If you want medium I can’t comment on the soft but I can say medium is too hard to sleep on.

Lovely pillow

I ordered this for my mum who is bed bound, she loves it . It as a decent amount of filling in to keep its shape . Very happy with this purchase.
