Very challenging. Back off...

Very challenging. Back off from boiling significantly…85°C-90°C. Brew a few more beans for extraction, but brew quickly. Don’t tarry! These adjustments got me out of “over-extraction territory,” but I still was not fond of the cup…personal taste. But I can’t recommend the FTO French Roast highly enough as an alternative!

Great service and shipping. Coffee not ground for my brew method. Will have to try and regrind it down more and see if that helps. Coffee is not as smooth it could be.
