Best French Roast I’ve had in decades…maybe ever. The fruit notes are balanced into the smokiness of the blend perfectly. The blend is very forgiving at 100°C, but I recommend backing it off the boil just a tad to avoid over-extraction…say 95°C. Makes the perfect traditional café au lait too!

Different Color and Grind - Why?

I have only opened 1 bag of my French Roast from the delivery in January but the color is light brown and the grind is much finer than the normal deliveries. Please review and let me know why the change. I am not keen on the finer grind and the light color/grind has affected the taste. thank you, Cheryl Voss
