Endive - Broadleaf Batavian - Microgreens Seeds

I love the True Leaf micro greens as they seem to be growing! Also can feel the energy of the clean quality. My sensitivity doesn't miss this.

A little will do

Had a customer request Endive greens, so we thought we would try it. It will make a good addition to our line up. Like Arugula, it is an acquired and strong tasting microgreen. A little will do ya. Germination was good and ready for harvest between 10-14 days.

Delicious

I grew the endive microgreens for 21 days just as the true first leaves were coming out. Then had them in a salad. Wow, they were great. Then I added some into my tacos instead of lettuce - what a burst of wonderful flavor.
