Poor germination rate

I found the germination cycle of this product to be poor. We are a state licensed microgreen farm in Michigan and have been growing and selling to the local community for over 12 years. A vast majority of seed we received from True Leaf is very good. Both mustard and arugula seed has been substandard in 2025. See pictures attached.
