Sooo sweet!!

These are a new favorite! Great germination and vigorous growth. Sprout stage and just beyond are really tasty - super sweet too, as they start to green up a bit. More of a Stevia-like sweetness than cane sugar flavor - even the aroma is incredibly sweet! Rapid growth to wheatgrass stage, so if you prefer sprouts/early micros stick to small batches that can be consumed with!in a couple of days
