Obsidian Earrings - Pearl Cut

I receive a totally different earrings that the ones that show in the picture the back of the earrings it’s just a plastic. I was expecting the screw instead of plastic they’re not like the ones in the picture .

Very disappointed with what I received, the flat backs which is what appealed to me are missing and only cheap plastic backs are included. Also earrings were loose in box and I feel very lucky that backs are still in box at all.
