Received bur geniune prescious stone should feel cool when we touch, my orders isn’t. And why are there 2 bracelets in a pouch so how will I give the bracelet, 2 of the 4 persons i am going to give to the bracelets wil not have a pouch

Received but precious stone is usualy cool temperature which means its geniune precious stone but the bracelets i received isn’t

Very good quality. Its a little bigger on my wrist compared to the bracelets I wear.
