Lexington Oak Stair Tread

I have done a lot of smartcore ultra Lexington oak from Lowe’s in my home. This stairnose allowed me to get the look I wanted as this Lowe’s brand of flooring only had the glue down stair nose caps that is not seamless and in my opinion looks bad. The treadplus stairnose is superior in construction and appearance.

Worked well. This is the only place I could find the Lexington Oak for stairs. The one picture shows white and vinyl plank riser. Went with the vinyl planks, white got scuffed in only a few days. The round nose and a plank were not enough to cover my tread all the way to the back on my upper stairs, I used trim to hide the gap. They have a slight bow in them, most of that comes out when you attach the regular straight plank to it. I used the Loctite in the picture to adhere them. Don't use regular Loctite adhesive, it won't stick to the back of the planks.

Great product…very durable…extremely easy to install. I would definitely buy more.
