Firstly, the size chart is not accurate. When the dresses arrived, they fit like a tent. I'd seen the ease of their size exchange policy advertised, but what they didn't say was that you have to pay half the cost of the dress again to get the exchange. I emailed to complain and was told that they'd waive the fee if I returned the dresses. Fine, but then they refused the package and told me they needed proof it was not a shipping label error. I proved it wasn't. But at this point I was soured enough on the brand that I just wanted my money back. The print was fuzzy, the construction was not well done (look at customer shots and you'll see the wavy necklines on the corset dresses), and the return experience was abysmal. So I asked for a refund instead of an exchange. Apparently if you buy through their BOGO promotion, they will only offer you store credit. So now I'm dealing with a dispute with my bank.

I Love this dress. I love the way it it and the way it flowed. I could have ordered a smaller size but I love the way this fits. I received so many compliments on the dress.

The color pattern on this dress is gorgeous. Unfortunately, the dress did not work for me. The company could not have been more professional, responsive and responsible during the return process. They are a small company with a large understanding of customer service. I wish the dress had work for me and wish the company great success!
