I've bought these retainers a few times, they like to fall out if you're not careful when drying your hair, and was going to purchase more last night but sadly they were out of stock. Their customer support team reached out to me within 12 hours notifying me of the stock issue and refunded my account. All emails were responded within minutes of each other and I am genuinely impressed by the speed, quality and professionalism of their support team. Thank you so much again your your help!!

I typically have 16g piercings in my second lobes, but these were extremely difficult to put in. I had ordered Taupe (third from the left), but it ended up being closer to peach or sandstone (3rd/2nd from the right). If you do order these retainers I would recommend sizing down. I also ordered the 18g for my mid helix piercings, but with the amount of struggle I had with these on my lobes (significantly less cartilage), I didn’t have much hope. It was even worse, and I had to stop as it caused my right piercing (over 18 months since pierced, so obviously healed) to bleed. I have since used my back up silicone piercings, but I had hoped that these would have worked out better to hide my piercings better. I am only giving 2 stars as I believe that sizing down would solve most issues I had with the retainers. I have concerns as to inconsistent measurements for them (one 18g is thinner than the other), but another review mentioned that there is a +/-0.1 mm allowance when making them.

Do not order double flare. Doesnt fit with the micro flare in my piercing opening. Ordered 18g. The flare adds much more thickness. The flate on made it more like 16g or 14g. I like the color though. I placed second order - clear glass retainer with single flare and I love them.
