The craftsmanship is excellent—there’s no denying the quality of the work. Unfortunately, the customer experience didn’t match the product. When I placed my order, I was under the impression the hats would arrive back in March & was unaware they were pre-orders. Communication around that timeline could have been much clearer; hats arrived after an approximately three-month wait time. My biggest issue, however, was the refund process. The Shopify storefront appeared to offer refunds, but when I attempted to cancel my order after learning about the delay, I was informed that refunds were not actually available. That disconnect between what was presented & what was ultimately honored was frustrating. Finally, the hats fit much differently than expected. They have more of a trucker-hat profile than similar hats, which may not be what some buyers are looking for. Great product. Customer service, communication & transparency around refunds & delivery timelines need improvement.
