Experience wasn't too good, had to have a second one delivered because the first one came crushed, I dont blame the company as much as I blame the delivery. Maybe add a "fragile" sticker to the packaging. Love the hat though so I rate based on the outcome and not so much the experience

Look I really love the hat I really do it's a really nice hat I love it but my problem is is that I tried getting in contact with you guys about the delivery company I delivered my hat and look how I got my package the Hat got kind of bent and I'm in the middle of fixing it still I'm not blaming you guys I'm just blaming the company that delivered it because look how they handled it
