I gave it a 4 star for now as I have not used it for any travel yet. It looks like it will be good for plane rides, the next few months I will travel and could maybe be a 5 star review. Without knowing if it is different than other travel neck pillows I need to try it. Product is made well and very compact for travel so that part its great.

Used it on long haul return flights from Melbourne to Athens and I had no neck pain. Took a bit to get comfortable with the full wrap around sensation, but it actually works. Only down side was that it gets a bit hot and sweaty after a while when the plane aircon is a bit warm.
