Grilling Sampler Gift Box

Meat arrived thawed out , warm and smelled rancid when i opened it. Couldn't leave a message after hours because their phone system disconnects after telling you you can. Do i emailed rep says well we pack in Dry ice. They will send a free box when are you home . I told him Monday and Tuesday. He says great it will be there. No it wont. They tell me another 3 to 5 days and when I emailed back saying that is not what i was told . The rep sent a snarky email saying we dont gaurentee that. Well i done dealing with them.

Updated 5 stars; missing items have been delivered! Taste great. The order was missing an item, but the customer service team is sending it. That’s the reason for the loss of one star. (Intend to restore the star after receipt.)

This stock up box was a great bargain for me.
