Good product, but gritty
I love the benefits of taking creatine! Since it is unflavored, I usually combine it with electrolytes in my water or in smoothies. My only complaint about this product is it can be a bit gritty if not mixed in with water really well.

Love that it’s completely flavorless and dissolves easily, not gritty at all. I immediately noticed a difference in my muscles.
