Very nice knife. I had a stroke a few years ago and my right hand is a bit weak. I needed a very good and sharp knife to use in restaurants. This knife fits a bill perfectly. It could have been a bit sharper, but I was able to sharpen it to fit my purposes.

First there was a mistake with this order. JapaneseChefsKnife took care of the situation with their great customer service. I have not used this knife yet.
