Very versatile

l love the sandwich bread with all kinds of topping or plain old marmalade for breakfast. The little flatbread I found ideal for cream cheese and lox. Staying true to my Irish upbringing, the ‘scones” were for strawberry jam and cream. So, yes, it has my thumbs up.

They are very tasty, but I feel—especially with the bagels—that they contain a lot of sodium. The one I like the most is the bread loaf.

Great taste and texture. Great to find a clean "bread" alternative to mass produced breads full of unhealthy ingredients.
