Waers in water but can clump

This mascara definitely wears in the water. You would not want to wear it every day, obviously, because it can tend to clump a little bit and is not easy to get off. It's waterproof and shouldn't be.

I’ve been using this mascara for a while and I absolutely love it! It gives my lashes amazing length and volume without clumping. It stays on all day, even in hot weather, and doesn’t smudge or flake. It’s easy to apply and easy to remove with a good makeup remover. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a long-lasting waterproof mascara.

My favorite mascara

I’ve been using Maneater since it first came out when I was in high school. I’ve tried a few brands here and there but nothing has compared to my tried and true. I wore this to a wedding (I cry at weddings like every time without fail) so I got the waterproof. It did not budge through my sappy tears. Can always trust tarte to put out a great formula
