I wish this worked better but I have tried using it multiple times with and without primer and under 4 different Tarte foundations/CC creams and even thought the 1st one I was sent was defective, but after exchanging I see it is just how it works(or doesnt) on my skin. Frustrated because I cant return for store credit even because I paid with rewards and the onky way to get a refund was to return my entire order AND pay for return shipping.

Small but mighty

The smallest amount goes a long way, without crease lines and lasts all day. I use it on my dark circles and any heavier covering I may need for deeper red spots. Love it!
