Useful….but

Think I will use them mostly as hand warmers…not big enough for sore muscles, but glad to have them.

Improvements are a Double-Edged sword

I like the amount of warmth the new HotSnapz give off, but the extra filling (which makes the heat last longer) makes them harder harder to massage them as they're warming up, and it is harder to re-charge them. I had to re-heat them several times. If not all of the crystals go back into solution, they simply harden up again immediately. Even if you're successful in getting them back into solution, the reaction sometimes happens almost spontaneously, with little agitation.

I love them. I’m an outdoorsman and I hunt all winter without gloves. I couldn’t do it without hot snaps!!!
