Great that it could be used in UK and all European countries. Biggest disadvantage needed to be used with WhatsAp which a lot of businesses don’t use

I bought two €35 dollar subscriptions one for me one for my husband. We then tried to use them but iPhone 10 isn’t compatible so we were unable to use them. I e mail and requested a refund bout got nothing. We bought it at the airport and there was no warning re compatibility. I think it is disgraceful
