RFX Billows Kit

This is a great [iece of kit. I have it working perfectly on my Weber kettle BBQ. You do need to drill a one-inch hole but provided you have the right tools (the most important is a one-inch step drill bit) then it's not difficult. The only slight issue is that it's issue to get the connections the wrong way round. The adapter plugs into the Gateway, and then leads go to power and fan. Twice I have got this wrong and if this happens, the Gateway won;t see the Billows. Since the connections are all USB-C, it is easy to go awry. It would be good to have colours on inputs and outputs. I'm thinking of getting a couple of tins of acrylic and doin it myself. However, once connected, it holds the temperature to +/- < 1 degree C which is really impressive. Would recommend!

Good quality, lots of potential. I can see it gives a lot of control and information. But Very little information on how to set it all up and use it. The interface is not intuitive and could really do with a simple mode for those that want to do simple cooks
