Watch their tutorials on YouTube and Instagram for how to put on and remove. If you jiggle them and in and out, it's easy. And unlike the 2.5lb plates, these actually fit in the dumbbell stand alongside the 5lb plates.

Good product, but save your money.

The 1.25 adder plates are well made and work great BUT they not necessary. Get the Noubell 1.25 magnetic adder plates and the 5 lb reppin adder plate and you will be able to do 2.5, 5.0, and 7.5 lb increments and save $100.

The way they hold on to the pepins is through a clamp.. and the clamp is so tight that its a struggle getting these on and off!!
