Service above and beyond
This product is exactly as expected and excellent quality but the service is what makes this truly worth it. I am in the US and I contacted support a day after I paid because I had realized that I purchased the none enclosed version. I was contacted in a very reasonable time. I was informed that not only were they going to pull the package as it had already been boxed for shipping, but they threw in the case at no additional charge sense I had already paid up front. Could not be positives about these guys!
