It took so long to come and the boxes were so badly damaged. The tracking of the shipping was awful and 0 contact from the company to let me know it would take 2.5 weeks to come.
You also could not log into the website after purchase to request tracking updates etc.
The mask itsself appears to work. The derma roller is average and jams. The HA is okay.

The company gave a very quick response to my issues below. I was able to get both produces working. I gave it a 4 star as i have not used yet, plus the instructions could be clearer.
Doesn’t work, charged it for the entire day and won’t turn on.

I would say it is definitely worth the money, also found the hylarounic acid you got free with mask is really good.
