Insane Shipping Communication
Terrible. Your communication on August 16th said the item had shipped yet the shipper still doesn’t have the item. You’re unnecessarily setting the wrong expectation and your customers are inevitably going to be disappointed. The item still isn’t with the shipper close to two weeks later.

Gorgeous sunglasses
...but even better view out. My husband has a similar pair from 3-4 years ago and they still look great. These were for our son who is always trying to borrow. Made a great gift!
