Amazing service and beautiful product

Wonderful experience from the start. The service was absolutely superb and the watch is beautiful. I had to amend slightly the engraving and it turns out that it was after my original request was already in progress. The team however come with an amazing solution and sent me replacement back plate for the watch with new engraving and all the tools so I can replace it myself at no extra cost. I can't thank you guys enough. Wonderful service. 100% recomed to anyone who is looking for a unique product and great customer service.
