I love the size, tartness is okay I’ll get use to it, I take one in the morning for breakfast and it keeps me full I have to remind myself I’m suppose to eat. Love it 😊 wish the price was lower. I have done Gastric Sleeve the RYGB also the gall bladder removal and Hernia repair, can’t eat enough protein so I’m Loving this protein shots Thank you so so much.

These taste like candy and are an easy way to make a big dent in my protein goal in only 3 ounces! perfect for newly post op in my opinion

The idea of these is great. However the flavor is not. I liked the size as it was less than a high protein shake such as Premier Protein. It's half the protein of those shakes. I liked that it wasn't a milky type protein drink in fruity flavors. I just can't get past the flavor.
