No signal in my house to 3 and 4 bars

I had no service inside my home which has a metal roof on it before installing and after I have 3 and 4 bars of signal outside the houseI only have 1-2 bars great improvement no dropped calls. I received great advice and support with the product before purchase during install after having it installed for approximately 2 weeks very happy.

Know your reception strength before purchasing.

When I read about” if you don’t have at least one bar don’t not use”. Pretty sure that’s a term to listen to. Nice package but after 2 days and calls to tecs I could not get it to connect. Company send return label to ship back but also know it has a cost for return. For me about $25. Looks like a good outfit but could not give a review on how it works. A camp in Adirondack.

Why did we wait so long?

We live in a heavily-forested area Southeast of Portland, Oregon, 5 miles from the nearest cell phone tower. We have struggled with very poor cell service for the past 15 years. A recent upgrade to the latest iPhone model left us without service as the new phone did not play well with the cell tower equipment. After a lengthy internet research project, we contacted the folks at Waveform. They have an impressive website with several excellent articles on available equipment designed to improve cell reception. I worked with Signal Specialist Romario to determine if I had enough signal in my area and if so, what equipment would provide the best possible service. He was extremely patient in educating me on what the challenges were and managing my expectations. Based on his recommendation, we purchased the Cel-Fi GO X (G32) system. Waveform’s system kit is designed for installation by the customer who has basic home repair skills. As I understand it, there are also options for a professional installation, but I felt I had the appropriate skillset. As delivered, it was the best-packaged DIY kit I have ever received. Packaging of the various components was amazing, and several spare fasteners were included. The installation manual was easy to follow, with step-by-step instructions and illustrations. You cannot go wrong if you follow the manual. And if problems arise, there is a helpline available. The system initialization worked flawlessly and with a snap-of-your-fingers, we had 3-bar signal where we previously had none. It was amazing. We have been using the system for a month now and are very satisfied with the performance. The lesson-learned here is that we procrastinated too long to resolve our problem. Fortunately for us, when we were forced to take some sort of action, the result was far better than we expected. Now we ask ourselves; why did we wait so long?
