Smoked Serrano Squash Reaper X Hot Sauce

This sauce has a well rounded, pleasant flavor. At first, the vinegar is noticeable. Next there's the umami of the tomatoes and squash, with a bit of smokiness from the smoked onions. After that, it's clearly very hot. It's a nice change from the very simple and direct pepper mash sauces.
