After over 20 years of wanting a handpan, turning 66 was my final excuse to buy one. Malte Martin was all over the internet when I looked for handpan. Determined he was in Germany and that was good enough. This thing has flat notes, every time you play the ding, note 5 sings. Very disturbing. I looked into tuners in the US, no one will touch it when I tell them what it is. Made in CHINA, they say. WHAT? I do more research and there it is. Made in China. How did I miss that? I'm not shipping this back and forth, to wind up with a still low quality handpan.
