Atlas All

Not received and no response to emails after 5 attempts over two months. Now a credit card dispute.

I still have not received it. It is stuck in customs with FEDEX trying to contact them to resolve wood species. After 5 attempts to contact Atlas Handpan for over 2 months my inquiries have not been returned. The credit card transaction is now in dispute with my back and the merchant. My guess is they also are having difficulty contacting Atlas. In the meantime I get daily emails announcing their new product and offering discounts. Very disappointed.

Fijn product

Omdat ik te klein ben om de pan goed op schoot te houden heb ik de Atlas met uitbreiding besteld. Het is van degelijk materiaal gemaakt en eenvoudig op de handpan te bevestigen. Ook de uitbreiding is zeer makkelijk te bevestigen. Ik kan nu de hamdpan goed bespelen. Ook de Informatie over bestelling en levering was goed. Dus, erg tevreden en kan het aanbevelen.

Dit had ik eerder moeten kopen:)

Eindelijk een stabiele standaard die in diverse hoogtes kan worden ingesteld. De handpan klikt als een soort magneet aan de handpan en blijft goed zitten. En het heeft geen invloed op het geluid. Aanrader!
