we've ordered a number of skulls and other biofacts in the last few years and have always been happy with the products and service. The one thing that makes much of the staff cringe is the use of the styrofoam peanuts when so many better choices of biodegradable packing material is readily available. It would seem that your products are often, if not mostly, going to zoos, schools or nature centers like ours that would appreciate more environmentally friendly packaging.
