Well made, great bag

Decided to buy after seeing a colleague carrying one. Don't feel the weight of my two laptops I carry everyday to work. Not loving the yellow color of the inner lining. Would have preferred something darker. Like the many zips and compartments.

I now understand the hype.

I tried this bag alongside a dozen other premium brands, and now understand why many reviewers say this is the most comfortable backpack money can buy. The back panel and straps aren't spongy, but are firm and distribute weight across your body very well. Holds more than it looks thanks to the bottom of the bag being able to expand our a fair way, and the water bottle pocket and front quick access are both incredibly easy to use with the bag on one shoulder. Beautiful green colour used for the xpac on the version I got, and the internal materials are the most premium across any bag I tried. Returned the same bag in Blue Cordura (was hard to choose between the two!!) and the returns process from the UK was very straightforward thanks to having a halfway point within the UK itself to process them. Only downside is that the backpack is taller than average so you may not be able to use it as a personal item on flights.
