A top favorite!

If you are a fan of lemon poppyseed muffins, you’ll be a fan of this flavor. Not overly sweet which I like, but for the days that I’d like it to taste like a sweet treat, I add a packet of Splenda. As a side, I do like my muffins on the gooey side so I undercook them by several seconds.
